Basics

Plan ahead to focus for at least 16 days, with 3 days easing in, 10 days of cleansing, and 3 days of easing out. If you must skip a few days, skip the easing in, but not the easing out or any of the 10 cleansing days.

Ease in:

3 days prior to starting - Eat only non-processed whole foods, mostly fruits and vegetables

2 days prior to starting - Eat blended foods (juices, soups & broths)

1 day prior to starting - Drink orange juice (with a little maple syrup added if you feel hungry)

Do the Master Cleanse for at least 10 days

Ease out:

Day 1 - Drink orange juice

Day 2 - Eat blended foods (juices, soups & broths)

Day 3 -  Eat only non-processed whole foods, mostly fruits and vegetables
